The walkway to the SM mall was convenient. The hotel offered drinking water outside the room. I also appreciated the baby crib that I requested.

There were only shower towels and no hand towels in the bathroom.

The location proved VERY convenient. The mall was adjacent to the hotel. The rooms offered ample space. I appreciated the proximity to shopping.

The reception staff did not promptly address customer requests. Key card access malfunctioned, preventing room entry. Housekeeping did not complete requested room cleaning in a timely manner, which I found inconvenient.

The overhead walkways to nearby restaurants and the mall offered UNMATCHED convenience. Breakfast presented many delicious options! The room was very clean and contained everything necessary. The staff proved consistently friendly and accommodating.

I found only minor inconvenience with the initial check-in process. It seemed a bit slow.
